Lovely house with stunning view over Almuñecar

In front of the entrance there is a stone garden, inside the entrance is a bedroom to the right and a large master bedroom to the left as well as a spacious bathroom. Straight ahead you can see the amazing view of Almuñear, and enter a lounge with open fireplace and open kitchen. From the lounge you turn left to a lovely sofa under the roof and with awning. Below is the pool and it's terrace with bbq section and tiki seating. A step down from the lounge is a large living room with plenty of light, views and a cozy fireplace. From here you come to the two guest bedrooms with a toilet, and a small hallway with exit to a terrace that goes down to the pool area.
The pool area is cozy, with several different sunbeds and stunning views. Below the pool is a small garden with fruit trees and a shed for storage. At the entrance of the house, which has CCTV, there is a garage. Close to Almuñecar center, beach and skiing in Sierra Nevada, Granada.
