The villa is built with traditional Andalusian style and located near the beach and has a heated pool, large terrace and Mediterranean vegetation.
It has been recently renovated and the current owners have thought of every detail to create an Andalusian space for today's times. From the terrace you have beautiful views of Nerja, the sea and the mountains. Outside the villa there is a staircase that leads you to a very nice roof terrace that has a pergola to shade the Mediterranean sun. The property has several terrace areas that allow you to have moments of relaxation in the sun or shade.

Through the main entrance you are welcomed by a nice hall, here we also find a guest toilet, a bit futher in we find the kitchen that is divided into 2 areas, one with plenty of storage space and the other part with the kitchen itself, where we have a wonderful view of Nerja, but also from the Mediterranean.

The living room is very cozy with fireplace and ample space to sit and eat. A large glass section leads to the covered porch with space to create a lounge space and have a spacious dining table for all guests.
A semi-staircase leads to the bedroom part of the house, here you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage space in the fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms of which 1 en suite to the master bedroom.

The villa also offers a fourth bedroom with bathroom in a separate annex, utility room, storage room and a practical garage.

Punta Lara is one of the most popular areas of Nerja only 400 meters from the beach. Here you live near the beach, within walking distance of the center of Nerja. In Punta Lara you will find a good selection of restaurants, of which Avalon is one of the best in Nerja.
