We have three large bedrooms on the upper level and a large living room with open fireplace together with an open kitchen design. The design of the house is classic Spanish but inside it is a warm international feeling.
We also have a guest apartment or studio with its own entrance and private bathroom on the lower level. The large terrace is perfect for spending sunny afternoons in the pool barbecuing for the family and friends. The house has a private garage but it is optional to purchase or not. The location is perfect for a family with kids for example and the bus stop is just outside the house. Here you can easily hop on the bus to the international school in Almuñecar for example. There are also two local buses near by.
